1. What do we sell?
We sell lot only but we have house and lot for sale that are ready for occupancy. Semi furnished, with gate landscaped and fully painted. Nothing to construct.
2. Are the lots in Beverly Hills Lipa Subdivision have individual titles?
Yes, all our subdivision lots for sale have individual titles and are clean and may be transferred to buyers any time as soon as they were fully paid.
3. When can we start constructing our houses?
Upon payment of the required downpayment, lot buyers may apply to construct their own houses already. The minimum cost of house should be P2 million pesos.
4. How much is the reservation fee? is it refundable? validity date of the reservation?
The non refundable reservation fee is P15,000 valid up to 30 days. And 50,000 for house and lot package valid of 30 days.
5. What are the requirements for bank financing?
We shall be the one to process your loan. Application forms are available at the site.

6. I am a lot owner and paying on installment, Can I upgrade to House and Lot package?
Yes, anytime you wish and ready for house and lot package or you want a model house of your choice be constructed on your preferred lot, you may do so. All your payments made will be transferred to the price for house and lot package.
