-the cupboard must have enough "lift" from the floor to prevent the board from getting wet and rot.
-the color combination of the tiles can be more attractive as this does not add on much cost
- shower area should at least be partly partitioned preferably using glass so that illumination is not compromised
and to prevent wetting the whole bathroom
-as such the size of each bath must be sufficient and well laid out optimising the practical usage of space
